Mixology Classes
Enjoy a unique, interactive cocktail class where you will learn how to create delicious botanical cocktails from farm-fresh ingredients! In this hands-on cocktail making workshop in NYC, you will discover the art of mixology and gain essential skills to impress your friends at your next gathering.
Oyster Classes
During this hands-on, 90-minute experience, we’ll teach you how to shuck like a pro, talk oyster nerd stuff (terroir, slurp technique, the works), and keep your glass full with bubbles, white wine, or a martini.
Wine Class
Our new Wine Tasting Class is a guided tasting experience featuring 14 hand-picked wines — sparkling, rosé, white, and red — plus a welcome Prosecco to get the party started. Along the way, you’ll snack on an artisanal meat & cheese board, learn a few fun wine facts you can casually drop at dinner parties, and finish with a full glass of your favorite pour.
