Looking for a place to host your next party? Book your event with the premier neighborhood cocktail bar in New York City. FESTIVÁL is available for private, semi-private, and large party brunch dining experiences, lunch, and dinner. From our mouthwatering culinary fare and playful cocktail program, we offer events like no other in New York City.
Whether you are hosting an intimate social event, business meeting, or large gathering, we can accommodate your group’s needs. You and your guests can enjoy a private dining event, a shared experience, or an elite large table. Our modern menu and sophisticated atmosphere create the perfect private dining event you are envisioning.
Private Events
The Midtown East location can accommodate 60 guests for a seated dinner and 100 for a reception.
Semi-Private Events (non-private)
Our Midtown East restaurant is available for semi-private events from casual cocktail receptions to three-course dinners for up to 40 guests. The space is set aside from the main dining room providing an intimate experience for your party without requiring a full restaurant buyout.
Large Parties (non-private)
We love hosting large parties. Bookings for up to 20 guests are available via OPEN TABLE, or the reservations tab on this website. For groups of 20+ guests, please reach out to the restaurant directly and we would be happy to arrange a family style dining experience for your event.
WAYS TO HOST AN EVENT
- Full Buy Out (F&B Minimum varies depending on the day of week/time of Day) *max 100 people.
- Partial Buy Out (1/2 price of a Full Buy out) *max 40 people.
- Large Table/Group Reservations (View Images) (No minimum) *max 20 people.
- Cash Bar (All guests pay for their own drinks).
- Discounts available for events over $10k and customized times or limited menus. Please let us know your budget and we can make suggestions.
MORE WAYS TO HOST
- Per head / per hour open bar or food prepaid packages (most popular).
- On consumption / ala carte (good if you do not know how many people will show up or stay for how long).
- Predetermined spend amounts - A total budget amount that is prepaid and used as a credit. (Great for people who want to make sure they stick to a budget!).
- Cash bars where your guests pay for their own food and beverage. A 50% deposit is required as a credit and a cc authorization form is required for any balance not met. No exclusivities of space can be granted if prepaid minimums are not met.
Large groups without prepaid minimums are encouraged and we will do our best to accommodate space. Large seated groups of more than 10ppl must pay with one tab.
